The top row of blocks do not seem to be executed with the same level of skill as the others. The are sized differently and some of the points are buried in the seam allowance.
It appears that attempts were made to cope with these differences by using sashing of different widths to ease the blocks in the left two columns back into register with with the blocks in the right three columns.
Interestingly, the widths of the columns appear to be consistent within each column.Check for consistency between the columns.
